Our park includes its own private nature reserve, designated as a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI), which ensures the local wildlife and landscape are carefully protected.
Our modern static holiday homes provide the charm of a weekend cottage or summer retreat—at a fraction of the cost of traditional property. With features such as double glazing, gas central heating, and enhanced insulation, they offer year-round comfort. These come as standard or can be specified when ordering a new unit.
We typically have a selection of demonstrator models on-site to view, showcasing various layouts and features. We work with all major manufacturers and can source any new holiday home model that suits your preferences. If needed, we can also arrange viewings with our suppliers off-site.

Please note that Silver Trees is a licensed holiday park and not a residential site. All owners are required to sign a Site Agreement and Owners Declaration confirming that their holiday home will be used for holiday purposes only. It cannot be your main residence, and the park must close for several weeks each year in accordance with planning regulations.
Holiday Park Season
The holiday park opens on 1st March and closes on 15th January the following year.
