Silver Trees Holiday Park offers this large holiday home well looked after by the owners who after 14 years are reluctantly selling due to ill health, it will give a new owner many years of enjoyment at silver trees, in original condition, central heated and double glazed with loose sofa seating in the lounge, a dining area close to a modern kitchen with space for a washing machine. The main bedroom has an ensuite with shower cubicle and wash basin, W/C. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and is located near the main bathroom that has a corner bath, basin and W/C. There is a large costly UPVC decking verandah fitted a few years ago along with skirting which means maintence is only a wash or brush down, not painting.

Site Fees and Expenses
Site fees are currently £4,727.79 for the period 1st January to 31st December 2026. Please note that pitches in the paddock area incur an additional £500 due to their premium location and the higher specification of caravans situated there.
Your share of rates, water, refuse etc for the period 1st April to 31st March the following year, in line with local authority billing, is currently £367.64.
Electricity: Metered to each individual unit and you pay currently 23.886p per unit. This means there is no profit margin for Silver Trees as you pay what Silver Trees is charged by the supplier under the electricity “pass-through” regulations.
Bottled Gas: We have a purpose built gas compound meaning you can order and pay for your gas at the reception. We will then deliver it and connect it to your unit. Gas bottles are currently priced at £82 for a 47kg bottle- we continually look for the best price for our customers.
Insurance: We operate a block policy for all private owners to ensure that their holiday home insurance is adequate and competitive. This is done through our agent Leisuredays with cover by Royal and Sun Alliance Insurance plc. This company also provides Silver Trees cover for the park.
