This week we banked the proceeds of the Macmillan Coffee and Cake Cancer Care fundraising event held on the Bank Holiday Saturday, our receipt from Nat West showed the final total after a couple of extra donations through this week was £1,230.00
A great figure which really exceeded our expectations, once again a great big thank you for everyone who helped arrange the event, donated prizes and helped on the day and of course everyone who enjoyed the food and drinks and participated in the raffle.
We have another event planned, a Festive Winter Hot Food and Mulled Wine social on Saturday 5th December and the Air Ambulance will be the Charity we are fundraising for on that day.
